How much is shipping?

We offer fixed rate shipping for your full order across Canada*. Within Ontario and Québec the rate is currently $9 and elsewhere is $12 . OR if you purchase more than $199, your shipping is free*!

*some exceptions may apply. Oversized items are marked and will incur additional shipping fees. Shipping to some remote locations within Canada will also incur additional fees. If you are shipping to a remote location you will be charged the base shipping fee at checkout and then we will contact you with any additional charges. The order will only be processed once you have approved the shipping quote.

How do we ship?

By Canada Post and your order is shipped within at most 2 business days of it being received.

How long does the shipping take?

The shipping times are controlled by Canada Post, but generally:

• 2 days within Montreal or Toronto
• 2-5 days within Quebec or Ontario
• 2-7 days elsewhere in Canada

Can I pick-up my Order?

Sure! Just call us before putting your order in and we will be happy to hold it for you in our store. There are obviously no shipping charges at all!

Can I have my order shipped to an address outside of Canada?

We are sorry, but at this time we do not ship outside of Canada. This will change in the upcoming months and we are excited to soon offer wonderful products to our American neighbours. Other countries will follow suite!
